Low Vat on Cars?
The British and French governments have proposed lowering rates of Value Added Tax (VAT) on cars and other goods that embrace cleaner technology.

The British prime minister Gordon Brown said EU finance ministers should not “wait much longer to give new incentives to people who are wanting to buy environmentally friendly products.”
