Green NGOs Letter to Environment Commissioner on Biofuels
Sent 19/01/2006 in response to the publication of the European Commission Action Plan on Biomass.
Following the European Commission’s Action Plan on Biomass (2005/628) and in view of the forthcoming Communication on biofuels, Green NGOs are writing to Commissioner Dimas to express our concerns over the sustainability of the EU’s policy on biofuels and its likely environmental and social impacts.
