France has unveiled a new transport infrastructure plan that has a substantially reduced funding or road expansion.

T&E’s French member FNE said the infrastructure plan was not perfect, but much better than it might have been and indicates a significant change in emphasis for France.
The plan for critical raw materials must do more than just reshuffle existing initiatives.
