‘Hard work’ on cars
The Commission president José Manuel Barroso says he will introduce legislative proposals next year to improve infrastructure for low-carbon vehicles.

The Commission is currently consulting on several measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the transport sector over the next 40 years.
