Businesses, Cities and Civil Society Organisations Support Swift and Ambitious Action to Decarbonise Corporate Fleets
Download
Businesses, cities and civil society organizations are expressing broad support for swift and ambitious legislation to decarbonise light and heavy duty vehicles in corporate fleets.
To truly deliver on this potential, they strongly encourage the European Commission to come forward with a Regulation that:
Accelerates corporate car electrification, reaching at least an overall EU electrification rate of 90% (new registrations of corporate cars) by 2030, and
Sets binding zero-emission shipment targets by 2030 for large cargo owners. This approach places the responsibility where the purchasing power lies, ensuring demand for zero-emission freight solutions.
