The European Commissioners are due to discuss the communication ‘Reducing the climate change impact of aviation’ at their meeting in Strasbourg this Tuesday (27 September). The Communication is expected to propose the inclusion of CO2 emissions from European flights into the EU Emission Trading System (EU ETS).
