    The Finnish mobile phone company Nokia has brought out a charging kit that works off the power of a bicycle.

    It says a cyclist pedalling for 10 minutes at an average speed of 10 km/h would create 28 minutes of talk or 37 hours of stand-by time. The charger, which also comes with a holder so the phone can be carried securely while being charged, works on the principle of a dynamo, and is similar to other dynamo-based electrical devices developed by cycle accessory makers.
