Stéphanie works as head of transport policy and communication at the VCS Verkehrs-Club der Schweiz, where she is also member of the executive board. She studied romance studies and linguistics. Stéphanie lives with her family in Berne, Switzerland, where she served in the city parliament for 11 years.
She has led numerous referendum campaigns in Switzerland including for the phase-out of nuclear energy, car-free residential areas, and the expansion of public transport and bike rental systems.
