About us
Victoire joined T&E in November 2025 to lead the work on EU charging infrastructure and policies, including the Alternative Fuel Infrastructure Regulation.
Prior to joining T&E, she worked for the International Road Transport Union's (IRU) Brussels delegation, advocating on a wide range of EU road transport policy files. She also previously worked with local and regional transport authorities at POLIS Network.
Victoire graduated from McGill in Political Science and International Development. She is fluent in French, Italian and English, and proficient in Spanish. In her spare time, you can find her running or browsing second-hand bookshops across Belgian cities or Milan (her hometown).
