Montse Adam joined T&E in January 2024 as HR Director. She is responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives and policies to support our mission and strategy.
Over the course of her 15-year career she has led Human Resources teams and operations across countries and sectors, covering both Compensation & Benefits as well as Talent Management. Before joining T&E, she worked for a global law firm as Head of HR/Business Operations and later for a SaaS company in the logistics sector.
Originally from Spain, Montse holds an MBA from Instituto de Empresa (Madrid) and a BA in Sciences Po (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona). She speaks Catalan, French, English and Spanish.
