Marion joined the energy and climate team at T&E in April 2025. She focuses mainly on the ramp-up of hydrogen and e-fuels in aviation and shipping in the European Union. She closely follows the development of hydrogen-related regulations, including the RFNBO Delegated Acts, the Low-Carbon Fuels Delegated Act, RED III and its national implementation, and financial mechanisms such as the hydrogen bank.
Previously, she completed an internship at E3G, focusing on the phase-out of natural gas and the ramp-up of renewable hydrogen. Prior to this, Marion completed a Bachelor's degree in European Law at Maastricht University. She also holds a joint Master's degree in Environmental Law from the Universities of Uppsala in Sweden, Joensuu in Finland and Tromsø in Norway.
In her free time, Marion dedicates lots of time to a youth organisation called the European Youth Energy Network (EYEN) where she leads the COP Task Force. She also enjoys theatre, sports and spending time with friends
