About us
Kädi is T&E's Director for Energy and Climate, leading the organisation’s work on climate and energy policy.
Throughout her career, Kädi has worked at the intersection of the clean energy transition and climate across the public, private and third sectors. Before joining T&E, she was Director of Climate at Estonia’s Ministry of Climate and Executive Director of the Estonian and Baltic cleantech industry associations, where she worked closely with governments, businesses and investors to accelerate Europe’s clean transition.
Outside work, Kädi enjoys creative pursuits and seeks out concerts, exhibitions and cultural events.
