Fanny Devaux

Fanny Devaux joined T&E in 2025 as Deputy Director of Shipping, bringing nearly a decade of Brussels policy experience to the team. She now drives T&E’s shipping-decarbonisation strategy across the organisation’s national offices and in the Asia-Pacific region alongside the Director, building on five years as head of office to the chair of the European Parliament’s Fisheries Committee (2019-2024) and earlier advisory roles.

Originally from France, Fanny holds a master’s from Sciences Po Paris and a BA in economics and political science from McGill University and speaks French, English, Spanish and Italian.

When she’s not digging into maritime dossiers, you’ll find her on a yoga mat, plotting her next seaside adventure, or making connections at one of the Bubble’s networking events.
