About us
Fanny Devaux is the Director of the shipping programme. She joined T&E in June 2025, bringing nearly a decade of Brussels policy experience to the team. She drives T&E’s shipping-decarbonisation strategy on IMO and EU policy, across the organisation’s national offices and in the Asia-Pacific region.
Originally from France, Fanny holds a master’s from Sciences Po Paris and a BA in economics and political science from McGill University and speaks French, English, Spanish and Italian.
When she’s not digging into maritime dossiers, you’ll find her on a yoga mat, plotting her next seaside adventure, or making connections at one of the Bubble’s networking events.
