About us
Eloi joined T&E's shipping team in April 2025, where he now focuses on the electrification of the maritime industry, both on the port and ship side. Prior to entering the European policy arena, he worked at the Belgian Federal Parliament on climate, environmental, and gender equality issues. A French native, Eloi studied civil engineering and political science in France, Belgium, and Canada. Outside of work, Eloi enjoys getting lost in the woods, cycling through the city (a habit from his days as a bike messenger) and experimenting with new arts and crafts.
