Arnau joined T&E in early 2022 after three years as a consultant in strategy & economics, where he specialised in data modelling, regulatory design, and market analysis. At T&E, he leads the work on car taxation and on policies to accelerate the uptake of electric vehicles in fleets at both the European and national level, combining policy design with data modelling.
Originally from Mallorca, Arnau studied economics at the University of Barcelona, where he later completed a master’s degree in regulation and competition in public services. He speaks Spanish, Catalan, English, and is trying to learn French while living in Brussels.
Outside the office, Arnau loves exploring the countryside on his road bike, going climbing, catching live gigs, and discovering Belgium’s beers.
