About us
Angelo is the Chief Operating Officer at T&E, overseeing the Operations team, supporting the Executive Director and the Senior Management Team in strengthening, consolidating, enabling and empowering the organisation, while keeping it agile and compliant.
Before joining T&E, Angelo worked as Chief Operating Officer at the European Institute of Peace from January 2020 until August 2026 and as Regional Director for Europe and Central Asia at BirdLife International from 2009 to 2019.
Angelo studied cosmology in Rome and brings a systemic approach to his work, focusing on how different elements connect and interact harmoniously, like our universe.
