Alice Delvaux

Alice joined T&E in 2023 as Finance Director. She is a senior finance professional with over ten years of experience spanning audit at a Big Four, financial control, and senior finance leadership roles.

Throughout her career, she has supported both small and large organisations in strengthening and expanding their financial management frameworks, with particular expertise in consolidation, controlling, and the management of complex financial projects.

Driven by a commitment to delivering sustainable, long-term value, Alice combines strong analytical skills with a solid business administration background. She keeps abreast of evolving financial best practices, integrating new developments to ensure effective, transparent, and responsible financial management.

Beyond her role at T&E, Alice is actively engaged in Belgian local public life as an elected member of her municipal council.
