Joint analysis of CETA’s Investment Court System (ICS)
A new report issued by T&E and other civil society NGOs analyses the investment court system included in the trade agreement between the EU and Canada (CETA). The report finds that the inclusion of such as system will undermine democracy, rule of law and environmental protection.

The EU member states and members of the European Parliament will have to decide if they want to ratify the EU-Canada trade agreement in the coming months. The report’s authors were Transport & Environment BEUC, EPHA, EEB and Client Earth.
