Oliver joined Clean Cities in summer 2021 from Environmental Defense Fund, where he collaborated with scientists, analysts and communications specialists as part of their global clean air initiative.
Oliver brings invaluable experience to the campaign as a former city official and transport planner. He delivered air quality policy and campaigns for the Mayor of London, leading on work to reduce harmful emissions from vehicles, such as London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone and zero emission vehicle strategy.
Oliver enjoys translating data insights into people orientated solutions, which is underpinned by his academic background in psychology. In his spare time you’ll probably find him pootling on his bike or playing board games down the pub.
