Before joining T&E Nina had been working with environmental NGOs and grassroots communities for over 15 years. She founded the biggest Polish food cooperative (Kooperatywa “Dobrze”) and has been active in promoting social economy in her homeland. She has also worked at the CoopTech Hub - a technology centre for cooperatives in Poland, as well as PWC in the ESG team. She is also a founding member of Living Earth Coalition and Food Sovereignty Movement in Poland.

An alumni of the Leadership Academy Poland, she was named one of 25 sustainability leaders according to Forbes Women Poland (2021). Nina loves to create spaces for people to cooperate and build thriving communities. She likes growing older as this allows her to grow wiser, see more options and appreciate the beauty of life. She lives in Warsaw with her family and her cat.
