At last week's International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) Assembly in Montreal, Europe fought for the right to tackle emissions from the growing aviation sector.
In a briefing published today, T&E examine Europe’s options now that ICAO has postponed a final decision on emissions charging until the next Assembly in 2007. The conclusion?
