After 9 years working for Airbus in 4 different countries, Carlos joined T&E’s aviation team in 2022. He leads the activities on non-CO 2 effects and aircraft technology, with a focus on zero emissions aviation, and is also involved in sustainable fuels.

Carlos studied aeronautical engineering in the University of Seville, followed by an aviation safety specialised master's at ENAC/SUPAERO in Toulouse. He has also got education in the fields of sustainability and circular economy, and has climate activism experience, including the organisation of climate innovation events, educational workshops and talks.

A food and music enthusiast, he enjoys cooking plant-based recipes and playing bass with his band, and loves spending time in nature whenever he can.
