What the EU climate plan means for vans

The EU Commission’s Fit for 55 proposal is a big step forward with a 50% CO₂ reduction target in 2030 and 100% in 2035. However, without higher intermediate targets, the e-van shortfall is likely to remain for a decade or more, leaving far too much work to be done in the years immediately preceding 2035.
