Swiss choose sustainable transport, again
Swiss citizens yesterday overwhelmingly voted for sustainable transport by rejecting in a referendum an initiative that would have expanded the road transport system in Switzerland’s environmentally sensitive alpine area. Analysis of the results shows that not a single Swiss Canton was in favour of the initiative. Available in htm or pdf.
