‘Reject Ecopoints compromise’ says T&E

Reaction to the compromise o­n Ecopoints reached late in the night of 25 November. T&E urges the European Parliament to reject the compromise, as the environmental benefits of the scheme would be practically non-existant.  Available in htm or PDF.
