NGOs and industry call for CO2 differentiation in EU tolling

Green groups, truckmaker Scania and industry groups call on MEPs and transport ministers to them to wrap up talks on a reform of EU road charging rules.

The rules, called Eurovignette, under the Portuguese presidency of the Council, draws to a close this month.
