Ditch the dirty past! Green8 urge Ministers to improve Constitution

Green8 call o­n EU foreign ministers - meeting this week in Naples - to improve the draft EU Constitution. There is a risk that what gets dished up in Italy will be left-overs of treaties dating back to the 1950s and 1960s, when environmental awareness was still in its infancy.  Available in htm and PDF.
