CO2 continues to rise

[mailchimp_signup][/mailchimp_signup]It predicts passenger kilometres will grow by 30-40% in OECD countries and by a factor of 5-6.5 in non-OECD countries, while tonne kilometres will grow by 60-90% in OECD and by a factor of 4-5 in non-OECD. It says predicted improvements in fuel economy means CO₂ emissions will rise less strongly than mobility, but global emissions from vehicle use in 2050 are still likely to be 2.5 to 3 times as much as they were in 2000.
