This briefing paper presents new evidence on the shocking real-world CO2 emissions of plug-in hybrid cars (PHEVs).

An analysis of European studies of real-world CO2 emissions from PHEVs driven on the road by owners shows emissions are, on average, over two and a half times those of official test values.
