Credibility is our key asset. We are therefore a non-profit organisation and politically independent, and we are strong believers in the power of science and evidence in policymaking. Our team is made up of experts in the field and every piece of evidence we put out is thoroughly reviewed to ensure accuracy.
We believe in driving transformation through strong, evidence-based legislation. Our advocacy focuses on realistic and impactful policy goals that can deliver meaningful change. In doing so, we prioritise influencing the major policy and industry decisions that shape the entire system, rather than targeting smaller actors.
Expertise and credible research are not enough on their own. We back this up with memorable stories that shape the policy debate. We work through multiple media and digital channels to ensure T&E’s message reaches the right people at the right time.
T&E is built on partnerships. Our staff in our European offices collaborate with 51 member organisations in 24 countries across Europe.
In Asia-Pacific, Singapore acts as our key hub, while we collaborate with partners across the region. In Australia, we work closely with Energy Futures Foundation.
