Thomas Earl

Thomas is the Senior Director of the research and data analysis team at T&E, a leading research driven advocacy group for clean transport and energy. Having been with T&E for a decade, he now leads a talented team producing high-quality research that forms the basis for informed policy recommendations, frameworks, and impactful campaigns. Thomas is currently based in Singapore to support T&E's program expansion in APAC, with a focus on decarbonising maritime, aviation, and road transport.

Thomas holds a PhD in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Sydney and was a postdoctoral fellow in France. He is particularly interested in building compelling narratives through data visualisation.
