Mathias joined T&E in 2022 after working as a Network Development Coordinator at Climate Action Network Europe for 7 years - bringing national NGOs closer to the European policy level and each other.
Currently, he coordinates all the HR work of T&E, with a special focus on hiring and the wellbeing of staff. Mathias studied social work and political sciences in his home town Ghent. He speaks Dutch, French, English and Spanish. Mathias is always enthusiastic to try and address his colleagues in their native tongue. He loves outdoor activities, including climbing and winter trekking.
