Andrés joined Clean Cities in 2023 as a Policy and Data Analyst after graduating with a Master’s in Public Policy at the Hertie School in Berlin. Andrés has worked as an analyst in urban expansion and land property for the public sector in Colombia, and as an urban planner for AECOM, he coordinated the design of new neighborhoods in Bogota and worked on climate adaptation projects in Latin America and the Caribbean. Andrés enjoys capturing moments through photography, going for bike rides, and indulging in cinema trips on weekends.
