Nataliia Shmakova

Nataliia joined T&E in June 2025. She has over 16 years of experience and a solid background in finance consulting and reporting, business valuation, audit, project management, and various financial fields. Her background includes roles in the Big Four, private companies, and as an independent advisor and outsourced CFO.She holds an MS degree in Finance management from Kyiv National Economic University and is a fellow member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). As the Accountant and Finance Officer, Nataliia is mainly responsible for payroll, revenue (grants) accounting, and internal financial reporting. 

Outside of work, Nataliia enjoys traveling, music, painting, spending time with family and exploring new things. She also volunteers for a charity fund helping Ukraine.Aside from English, Nataliia also speaks Ukrainian and Russian.
