Federico joined T&E in April 2025. Originally from Italy, he supports T&E’s work on implementing ETS2 and the EU’s 2040 climate target, as well as on fossil fuel profit taxation and the post-2030 climate architecture.
Before working for T&E, he led the policy and advocacy work of the European Movement International (EMI), focusing on citizen participation and climate governance. He holds an advanced master's degree in European Integration, a master's degree in International Studies, and a bachelor's degree in Political Science.
Outside the office, Federico enjoys listening to 1970-1980's italo disco and is always on the hunt for the best Thai food wherever he goes.
