Carlo joined T&E in September 2020, having worked at MOTUS-E, the first Italian association bringing together stakeholders to accelerate the adoption of electro-mobility. As an Italian policy officer at T&E, his work mostly concerns e-mobility and the Italian post-Covid recovery plan.
Carlo holds a master’s degree in Environmental Economics from the National University of Ireland, Galway and a bachelor’s degree in Global Governance from the University of Rome Tor Vergata. As a firm Europeanist he is somewhat of a linguaphile, having learned French while living in Toulouse, Spanish while backpacking in Latin America, and English besides his native Italian.
In his spare time Carlo can be found mountaineering, trekking or rock-climbing and enjoys playing the guitar - Neapolitan traditional songs in particular.
