That growth will continue unless regulators take serious steps to rein in these emissions. T&E will co-host a debate in the European Parliament about how to cut aviation’s climate impact.

If the European Green Deal is to succeed, it must cover all sectors, and that includes aviation. But what are the measures which the new European Commission and Parliament can advance in order to cut emissions from flying? What role can alternative fuels play in this objective?

  • Ville Niinistö MEP (Greens/EFA, ITRE Committee)
  • Laura Buffet (Energy Director, Transport & Environment)
  • Bernd Kuepker, European Commission, DG Ener
  • Chris Malins (Cerulogy, alternative fuels expert)
