One year to go (review of the Commission): Supporting document on Commissioner De Palacio
The Green8 published its annual review of the European Commission's environmental performance in July 2003. The performance of Commissioner De Palacio had been particularly bad and she was therefore given an extraordinarily bad rating.
To justify this rating, T&E prepared a supporting document on the basis of input from all the Green 8. The result is this document: Environmental crimes: The case against Commissioner De Palacio – Examples of serious policy shortcomings.
