Background Briefing on Cars CO2 Regulation
Updated T&E background briefing on cars CO2 regulation. With history and recent progress of carmakers in cutting CO2.
In February 2007 the European Commission published a review of the EU strategy on reducing carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) from new cars.
